This was hands down the most appalling bedside manner I have ever experienced in any line of work EVER! First let me begin by explaining that I am a currently college student who grew up in a family that adores dogs. They have never been pets in our eyes and were always referred to as our children/siblings. Our dogs have ALWAYS been the epicenter of our family. Two days ago we rushed our oldest dog (a 13 year old Pekingese) to the nearest 24/hr pet emergency clinic because w...Continue Reading

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.... Took my old man Pekingese here for severe dehydration and lethargy, understandably we were very shaken and scared for our dog. Once we finally see a vet, Cindy Grimm, she recommends he stay overnight so they can run more tests and give emergency fluids. Being college students we had no money to begin with so my sister and I pulled all the money we have saved for rent and payed for his first night in emergency care. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS INSTITUTION! YOU KNOW YOUR PET BETTER THEN THEY DO AND YOU KNOW HOW MUCH FINANCIALLY YOU CAN DO FOR THEM. DON'T BE BULLIED AND BELITTLED BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU THINK IS BEST FOR YOUR PET! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BABIES SOMEWHERE TO RECEIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE THEY CAN GET! Rest in Peace Boone. We love you.

Thanks so much to Dr. Scott Reed and all of the staff that helped my Yoshi after surviving a coyote attack and wandering in the woods for 3 days. He spent 3 hours in surgery and there is no doubt you all saved his life and also took care of all of his follow-up care including removing his nine drains and 50 or so sutures at no additional cost. I could not be more pleased with the loving care that he received and he is fully recovered. :)
