The dental services are fine here but the front desk staff rarely confirms insurance before arrival at the office, is rude when they are asked to follow through on their tasks. I wish the staff would be better trained on their roles, responsibilities, and general customer service.

Had a crown fall out, called week of Christmas and got it taken care of. Yea to office staff, Dr Thomas Wolff was wonderful a very light touch I felt really comfortable

I have been a patient at this office for a while. I’ve had mixed experiences over the years but after today’s appointment I will not be going back. Expect to have a new dentist almost every time you come as they churn through this office frequently. The office also pushes X-rays heavily and dentist refuse to do exams if you don’t have a new x-ray every time. They don’t follow the ADA x-ray recommendations for healthy adults with low risk needing bitewing X-rays every 2-3 years, and those with decay or gum disease need them m... read more

I’ve been to a few different offices over the years and I keep coming back to this one. I feel like they are an amiable group of people that show empathy for how painful some conditions and procedures can be. Instead of being treated like a pin cushion as has been my experience in other places.

Boulder Dental Center Arapahoe was absolutely phenomenal. After a few years moving around and working with many dentists, I can honestly say they are the best I have worked with. I’d particularly recommend Dr. Amy Tran - she was so considerate, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!
