I and my family have been patients at the Arapahoe location for a while. Yesterday I had an appointment, there was a new person at the front desk, the office manager. Unfortunately I don’t have her name, a blonde lady, who was extremely impolite and unprofessional, didn’t care not even for a moment for the service she was rendering, I felt deeply disrespected. Arapahoe location is under terrible management, not the right person representing the clinic in Boulder.
Ruiners of Smiles & Credit! These people are the worst! I went there and paid my deductible in advance after reviewing the upcoming treatment. They put the wrong fillings in!! They billed me and have fought every attempt to get this taken care of. On top of that it was the worst fittings I’ve ever had both fillings have fallen out since then and my tooth is rotting and I need a root canal. Are you joking? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Within a few days after the permanent crown placement (that should never have been done in the first place) a food trap caused infection and this clinic told me to go get a root canal elsewhere because they could not do root canals and then "come back to them" to replace the crown. Only a fool would have done that! This clinic now REFUSES to refund me for the initial crown they did--and should not have done if I needed a root canal--and they did a poor job, leaving a "food trap" from a bad fitting tha... read more
Dr Aboud is a creep. I had the most amazing dentist who passed away and Dr Aboud bought his client list. I am not afraid of the dentist at all and have a very high pain tolerance. I was in tears by the end of my one and only appt with him. I've never felt more disrespected by a professional. He stacks his patients to the point where he had to have his hygienist doing things I had only ever had performed by a dentist.
