The phrase "Bigger, Bolder, Fresher" are words we live and brew by. We believe in the traditional rule of brewing - a beer should not be drunk farther from the brewery than a draught horse can carry it in a day. Twenty miles. Beer was good, atmosphere was good, food came out to me very cold and lots of beers were out. Will give it another shot though as I'm sure this is a fluke.

We loved it.....we were passing though from the Grand Canyon. The food was delicious and reasonable. Loved, loved, love the band they had. They were AMAZING and the beer was Amazing too. I loved the honesty they have. I forgot my purse and when I called to let them know they asked me to describe it. So, I did. She asked me if I was coming back to pick it up I said no, I will pick it up tomorrow. We were two hours away when I realized it I didn't have it. I was worried that everything would be gone. About 3 weeks ago my wife and I stop there, and we do every time we are in Bolder city. We ordered 2 fries and 2 coke`s $ 25.00 the fries were the worst I ever had, cold greasy they were boiled then put in the fridge then dumped in a deep fryer. Cold greasy, and mushy. We have stopped there many times before but never more.

We are very proud of our fresh-cut fries; I don't know what could have happened for them to be less than awesome. We slice the potatoes ourselves, blanch them and fry them. It sounds as if they may have been delayed in their delivery, which could account for them being cold and starting to go soft. You have our deepest apologies. i want to love this place but the menu makes it really difficult. Service is sketchy, so is the beer. When they get an outside beer, it sells out mush too quickly, which tells me that either they don't order enough, or enough people know that the other brand is always better. We were there for the Christmas lights parade and were served cold hot dogs and greasy cold french fries. Come on!
