We believe in the traditional rule of brewing - a beer should not be drunk farther from the brewery than a draught horse can carry it in a day. Twenty miles. Stopped by here for a beer and a bite to eat after touring Hoover Dam. The beer was good and the food was too. Wish we could get some in Missouri.

My roast beef sandwich was good, my only suggestion would be that it needed more horseradish sauce. Got some to go with my leftovers. Yum! My wife said her Reuben was the best one she’s ever had. The French fries were awesome! Coleslaw was good. Wife had their home brewed Hefeweizen beer and very much enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Yes I’ve been spoiled living in the PNW for 17 years & Colorado for the last 3 years...two of the most respective places when it comes to micro brews. Word of advice, either put your full time energy into the restaurant or brewing beer, but if you haven’t mastered one trade please don’t dip into another.
