30 Boulder Crescent~Best Kept Secret! – This is a good place to live. It's near the excitement, arts and culture of downtown COS, but still secluded at the same time. Wonderful views of Pikes Peak/Rampart Range and downtown from the large covered balconies. Next to Monument Valley Park with great hiking/biking trails. Residents are pretty chill.
