Woke up this morning and my car was gone!!!! The resident was unaware I had to either have a decal or park in a visitors designated area! Cost me $160 to visit someone! 😠😤
This is a great place to stay, I have been living here for about 2 years. The staff here is very kind and go above and beyond. Anytime I have a concern, they immediately respond to my concerns and address them. The apartments are very spacious, I enjoy living here at Park at Boulders Creek.
I live at Parks on the Boulder in Columbia, SC. It all started on June 25th 2016 when my air conditioner broke. I contacted the emergency number at 5:15 p.m. And received an acknowledgment of the emergency by 6:15pm. It even included the name of the tech. The tech came out and noticed the apartment was very warm. But I was told that the reason the apartment was a blistering 85 deg F was due to a South Carolina heat wave. This was the apartments formerly known as "The Bentleys at Broad River". The apartment is now called "The Park at Boulder Creek", because of new management which is Realsource Management. Ever since they changed over, I've had issues with the apartment.The end of the 1st year is when the change of management occurred. It will be 2 years soon that I have been with these apartments.
