I"ve been at Boulder Creek Apts for a year. Unfortunately it wasn't a fit for me so moving on. But it really is a nice complex. It's large but most of the other residents are considerate and quick kind!!! There are issues here like either the washer or dry is CONSTANTLY broken!!! I think the last time the washer was for 5 months. Every balcony has bees!!! Some of the apts could use some updating. (NO CARPET, LINOLEUM FLOORS) just seems older. Need to add to my review....and you can't sit on your balcony due to the bees!!! I spoke to the other neighbors and they have the same problem!!! The bees swarm at you!!! And if I run my 1 wall air conditioner and tv it blows a fuse!!!! The air conditioner is so old that it really DOES NOT cool my apt!!! I had to purchase a free standing air conditioner for my bedroom!!! and the living room just stays HOT!!! So I was really unable to use my air conditioner all summer!! This is a terrible complex!!! The washer and dryer is ALWAYS BROKEN!!! IT'S BEEN BROKE FOR 1 MONTH THIS TIME!!! and the office does NOTHING ABOUT IT!!! You're allowed one guest at the pool then there is a $10 charge per person after that. After 5 when the office leaves.....here they come!!! People who I don't think even live here, come with their 10 kids and take over the pool and the big kids really take it over so I just leave the pool (u can't swim because they take over the pool and sit on the pool steps and won't m... read more
