Not too shabby. Great steaks and rib. At the prices they charge, especially for drinks, they'd better be. Service was very friendly, I enjoyed the atmosphere. Good parking helps as well. Bring some serious cash, though, cause you're gonna need it. Will definately return.

We Order the Appetizers Here! Excellent menu at the Boulder Cork. It's a bit more expensive than our usual restaurant but how we do it is by using the bar menu. They have an extensive selection of appetizers that are smaller versions of their meals. Sweet romantic place!

Superb grass fed beef, local farm produce, fresh seafood – Based on its long standing success and excellent reputation, I expected The Boulder Cork to excel in delivering classic steakhouse cuisine in an upscale environment. The traditional decor and the attentive and knowledgeable staff certainly enhanced this impression. And I already knew about the award winning wine list. What I did not expect was the level of sophistication and thoughtfulness the kitchen put into its preparations. The chef's passion for fresh, natural i... read more

Boulder Cork dinning Best steak place in Boulder. A little old school on the environment, but good food. They have special wine and liquor evenings, like Scotch tastings with dinner and guest hosts. I've been to one and it was rather fun.

It's days are numbered... What a joke this place is WHEN you consider the other dining options in Boulder. I had a $30+ steak. It came with nothing but a potato. And the steak was just average, I still find it hard to believe even now. In the middle of Wyoming this might fly, But not in Boulder, once the original regulars pass on I would think this place will too.

Good steak. The steak that I ordered--Kansas City Strip--was very good and my friend's mud pie for dessert was yummy but everything else, including the service was adequate. This restaurant has been around for 30 years serving Boulder area clients.

Good for food, bad for groups – I attended a party in their private backroom that had around 50 people. The room was great, separated from the rest of the diners and very accomodating. The service, however, is the reason I gave this review a 3 instead of a 4. They didn't bring everyone drinks and it took almost 40 minutes for our food to be served. (There were 4 preselected entrees to choose from). This is understandable as there was quite a large group. However they did not serve any appetizers like a salad or bread during ... read more

Fabulous service and food – My husband and I spent our twenty-third anniversary at the Boulder Cork this year. Upon entering the restaurant, the sweet hostess took our coats and hung them safely away in the closet, and took us to a fabulous table in the back of the restaurant next to the fireplace. I would suggest calling ahead for a reservation, as our server and the hostess were well aware that this was to be a very special evening for us, and literally made us feel like royalty. The prices of the steaks were on the high s... read more

Great Quiet Restaurant – It is out of the way, but this makes for easy parking. There are not a lot of stand alone businesses anymore which makes this a nice place to go to. The rustic atmosphere along with the quiet atmosphere makes it so you can spend some quality time with that special someone. The steaks are tender and cooked to perfection every time. The servers pay attention to every detail and are quick to accommodate.
