Avoid these thieves at all costs!!!!!! They engage in fraudulent billing practices, buyer beware! When I went in for a cleaning, they told me there was a problem with my DeltaDental insurance and proceeded to tell me I could pay $500 out of pocket for a cleaning or pay $300 to cancel. They assured me I would be reimbursed for the cleaning if the insurance got straightened out. I am sad to have to write this review as I originally thought that Dr. John at Boulder Canyon Dental was a great dentist’s office and Dr. John, while still a very qualified dentist, treated me and my family incredibly poorly over the last year; ever since a situation occurred with my nightguard. When we got our new puppy last year, she decided that my nightguard was a very interesting thing to chew on. Even my 92 year old mother who has no dental insurance likes to come see Dr Jon. We trust his good work and his honesty. We really appreciate how quickly he works, how well he explains what he’s doing, and how he helps us to anticipate what may lie ahead and how to prevent or treat future problems.
Dr. Smith is amazing, he explains what he is doing and talks through options. Shelley is the best hygienist. She is does a good job cleaning my teeth. The rest of the staff is great and friendly. They work hard to make you comfortable. Highly recommended if you don’t like going to the dentist they will be supportive. Dr. Smith is up to date on dental procedures and knows how to do the work with minimal pain.
Drs. John and Amy are great! They have all the latest in dental technology and advancement. Everyone in my family has been going to them since they took over at the Broadway office. I highly recommend them!
