These appartments are not well done, the office staff is unreliable, and they steal your whole deposit to repaint the walls upon move out. Don't expect to hear back in a timely matter if at all when you have any issues.

my family has lived here for over 2 years. This was our first time renting and we were sure what to expect. Overall, it has been great! We have had some minor issues but nothing we can't overlook. We are happy to be part of the community.
We love living at Boulder Canyon Apartments. They do except pets and the apartments are beautiful. We love the location also
The new staff is amazing! Anna is super helpful and friendly, going over and beyond to help the community with anything and everything! Very informative! It's such a pleasure living in such a great community with such helpful staff!
