I stumbled upon this French pastry shop while casually strolling around Georgetown. The cakes were so-so, but the croissants were quite good. Colombo: Literally Mango Coconut Mousse Cake. The cake itself was a bit coarse, and the mango's tartness was overpowering, completely masked the coconut flakes and coconut cream. Line was practically out the door. Two people waiting on 15. Batista was more interested with talking to the girl then just doing his job and get the line moving. The other attendant was messing with organizing macaroons. That could have waited and she should have helped with the line. After 10 minutes of the line barely moving, we just left.??????
