I order a body shaper in 3XL/4XL received a extra small size and the tell me no returns or exchanges bad service won't shop again
I ordered for the cyber Monday sale. When I order I went for the waist trainer. However I ordered over $100 worth of items! When I paid I noticed the waist trainer was an extra small and I immediately contacted the site about it! Made a purchase from boujee hippie based on the company's size chart and their size chart is completely wrong. I've made two attempts to call the company and left voice messages, I have sent two emails, and I have sent a message through Instagram with no response. If anyone is thinking about purchasing an item from this company think twice. No refund policy, I guess it's because they know their size chart is incorrect. I have ordered from this company and lack of communication for one is horrible. I have emailed and called them about sending a product back in same package that came in unopened. No response from them at all. Went to my local post office and had them send it back. That was three weeks ago. So I consider this as stealing at this point. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Placed an order on 4/13 for body shaper and have not received any tracking information. I’ve tried calling and emailing and haven’t received any response.
They took my money. Didn't send tracking number. I had to text them several times. I called several times as well. I just told them refund my money before i file a law suit im patiently waiting on my refund. You try to support our people but...it's always something. I'm done with Boujee Hippie????
This company is a scam, I've ordered products from them since their Black Friday sale and never received any of the items and they took the money from my credit card. I've tried to contact them in every way possible and they never respond back to me they've even blocked me on ig. I've sent dozens of emails with my confirmation number and still no reply.
