We have been going to Bougon's for many years and have always had a great experience. As I was waiting on my car today, it wasn't lost on me how nice it was to have a place to sit and WIFI to tap into so I could work. We always have exceptional customer service and feel that we are receiving honest feedback on repairs that are needed and reminders for upcoming scheduled maintenance to make sure our cars are performing at peak levels.

When we moved here 7+ years ago, I asked my neighbor for a mechanic reference after having a bad experience with another local shop. Talk about a home run! Ted and his team treat you right. The costs are great for the service you get. There have even been times Ted has said "no cost", for a quick look under the hood or something of my own fault. Wouldn't take my vehicles to any other place PERIOD.
Was recommended to them and Love them! Friendly and fast! Will definitely be back!

My family has been taking their cars here for years. Very good service!! They won't rip you off like Ford does and don't mind if you ask them a bunch of questions like I do.
