corporate veterinary mill Wouldn't take a snake there.After over 5 yrs of my wife bringing my dog(which is my baby) ,for the standard shots,allergy treatments and misc.and paying a good buck for it,my baby injured himself to the point of rear leg paralysis possibly permanent and may require the dog be put down,when we called on Saturday morning we were told,and this is a quote"We're too booked up Take him somewhere else"! julie I have been a client of Dr Graske for over 20 years. He has taken care of all my dogs and cats through their life time. I would not choose anyone else for my family of pets to take care of. He is very respectful and compasionate in all times of medical care. His staff have been very accomodating to all visits I make there.
Mrs. Dr. Graske is very kind and gentle with our border collie. All his staff have also be just wonderful with her. It is a calm and loving atmosphere for animals.
Dr. Graske Top Notch Vet!! Dr. Graske has been my vet for over 25 years. He has been providing excellent care to all of our dogs! He's been the strong shoulder for us when we had to put our beloved pups to rest. He is a gentle and caring soul when it comes to our 'boys'. ok vets The vet that we had for my dog was awesome. But the woman I had for my cat was rude and ignorant to me. I was surprised at how low the vet stooped to make me feel as if I didnt know my own cat.
Well-established, competent treatment for your pets I've been going to this clinic for at least 20 years. I have brought both cats and dogs for treatment there and have always found them to be professional, caring and competent. The office is clean, the staff is courteous and accommodating. My experiences with the vets and staff have always been informative, compassionate, and thorough. Fees are fair and options are provided for most prognoses. no thanks! I was taking my dog to this clinic. Everything was fine until we took our dog to the emergency care that the recording on their machine told us to. The er was ok, but they didn't have all the meds we needed and told us to call our vet and they will fill the rest. I called and went in, but our doctor "didn't know what the meds where that their er referal gave us" and wouldn't give us the rest of the prescription! Even though I gave them the er paperwork! HORRIFIED !!!! By thier lack of compassion I've been taking my dog there for 10 years when my dog had a seizure and I took him in immediately. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment I would have to take him somewhere else ! If you plan on having a vet that cares about your pet, I would recommend somewhere else. I'll never return again.
caring and compassionate vet care I have taken my pets here for 7 years and have been very pleased with the care they have received. All of the doctors are kind and caring. They take the time to listen to all of my questions and check my pets over very carefully. The staff is helpful and the clinic is neat and clean. I highly recommend Boughton Square Animal Clinic.
