Well-established, competent treatment for your pets I've been going to this clinic for at least 20 years. I have brought both cats and dogs for treatment there and have always found them to be professional, caring and competent. The office is clean, the staff is courteous and accommodating. My experiences with the vets and staff have always been informative, compassionate, and thorough. Fees are fair and options are provided for most prognoses. HORRIFIED !!!! By thier lack of compassion I've been taking my dog there for 10 years when my dog had a seizure and I took him in immediately. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment I would have to take him somewhere else ! If you plan on having a vet that cares about your pet, I would recommend somewhere else. I'll never return again.
Only animal clinic for us!! We have been going to BSAC for over ten years!! Although we have moved a few times within that period, we have always driven back to BSAC for care for our animals. In an emergency situation, we tried another clinic closer to our residence but they did not measure up to the quality service and knowledge that the doctor's and staff provide at BSAC. Client of over 20 years... Guys, I'm 25. My family has been taking our cats to see Dr. Graske and his staff since before I was three years old, so when I bought my first puppy, I decided to drive the 2 hours back to a vet I trusted. The staff has been quite accommodating in regards to the distance away I live; volunteering to fax prescriptions to local facilities to help treat my puppy for parasites, both Dr. d'Autremont and Dr. Graske giving advise to me over the phone when my baby got sick. So Thankful! The entire staff at Boughton Square has been amazing! I am so glad my 3 babies have such caring, compassionate professionals to care for them. I couldn't have more trust in a clinic. No Other Vet for Us! Have been a client at BSAC since 1980. Dr. Graske is one of the most caring, sensitive, compassionate, and knowledgeable vets I've ever encountered. He is my vet of choice, even when making the difficult decision to lose a pet. His honesty and integrity are impeccable. He will suggest a specialist only as a last resort. Never again! Woke up one morning and my dog had discharge in her eye. Called the vet to get her in. I think we saw the cat vet and was horrified by what she said. She said that my husband and I were negligent and should have brought her in long before that day. My dogs are my babies and for anyone to insinuate that my husband and I didn't care for our dogs was insulting! I was recommended to an eye specialist.
