NEVER. I repeat NEVER go to Bouffant Salon in Portland. I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated as a customer! I got my hair cut Friday 3/13/2015 in preparation for my birthday by Hannah Chae at the pearl location. I originally wanted a double process on a piece in my bangs and a hair cut appointment to take advantage of their new customer deal (a free haircut with any color service) but their extremely rude receptionist quoted me $120 for something that costs me normally $90 WITH a haircut so I decided fine, I w... read more
One of my favorite places to be. Like a second home. Everyone is great, Hana Chae is awesome.
Worst company ever, stole money and embarrassed a customer.
Went to see Amy for a haircut, showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she nailed it! It was a drastic change and this is the first time I left a salon happy with my hair. Amy also did my nails the previous visit, she is talkative and pays attention to detail. Jake did my nails this visit and they turned out great! Awesome location and space, friendly staff. Will come again!
