I had the best time today at Bouffant Hair Salon. I came in for a curly haircut needing my curls to be rescued and Brittany did her magic! She is incredibly talented and made sure she understood what I was looking for while also ensuring that it is something I can attain each day. I had scheduled two appointments at the salon - one to touch up my undercut in between full haircuts and one for a cut and color. Both were confirmed via text. A couple of days prior to the undercut touch up, I checked to confirm the time and was told it was not on the schedule. I asked about scheduling for a different day in that case and then was told that my full haircut appointment was cancelled. When I said I didn't want to cancel EITHER appointment, I was basically blown off and told they couldn't take the appointment.... read more
