I tried making an appointment a while ago and sent in the new patient packet. I ended up making an appointment and having to cancel shortly after. Apparently in cases like that they throw out your new patient packet but when I called to reschedule my appointment nobody mentioned that would happen. They only told me I would hear back in September. I called back today for updates and that’s when they told me they threw out my new patient packet and I would have to fill out a new one. Although the receptionists I spoke with was quite rude over the phone Dr. Boudjouk is fantastic. My wife and I recently had some blood work done and he has been super helpful walking through those results.

In my experience with the office, the receptionist is very rude and tells me everything about the patients @ 17 St. James st. Narragansett, Bruce Perreault who was on survivor twice and I can go on and on and on . HIPAA violations all over !!!!!!. She has a dog that she has given up on. Oh and don't forget to ask who put the OZEMPIC IN THE FRIDGE!!!!

Dr. Boudjouk is the most exceptional provider I have had the privilege of working with. Beyond his clinical knowledge and professionalism, he has wonderful bedside manner. Unlike so many other physicians he truly listens, spends time with his patients, and asks pertinent questions when necessary. He has always gone above and beyond - I can't recommend him enough!
