Really good, clean bathrooms. They ran out of turtle bread at noon, but gave me a free loaf anyways. The rib sandwich was good.
The service here is amongst the worst I have experienced at any airport establishment across the United States and across the world. I speak for the thousands employed by my airline who regularly fly this SFO route by saying the demeanor of the cashier staff here is utterly rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. There is a woman of Filipino descent here in particular who, for years now, consistently gives us a hard time with regard to the monthly reward items available in the store. Clam Chowder is just ok. The sandwiches had mostly bread , not balanced . The manager was very rude to his employees. Went here around 7 on 2/14/25
