Clam chowder was disappointing and not very good at all. The food was very expensive.
To all the people that give a bad rating to Boudin's this is a classic SF meal. Their food is great and you can't beat the view. Will be back and is reccomened to everyone. Merry Christmas 🎄
It's hard to choose what to get because its all so good.
Place is great even though is crowded. Staff are very accommodating. Our table was in the private room and the view was multi million $ view. Our waitperson staff Alda she is great amd makes you feel at home which is great as we are visiting America. Main thing food is nice... PS. Dont complaint if your waiting time is an hour. Place is busy and worth waiting. Eric & Family
Home of San Fransisco's own origial sourdough bread. Friendly smiling staff, pianist playing Christmas carols, located right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. Great food, ambiance, gift shop and price places this a must at the top of your list while eating your way across San Fran.
a 20 min wait turned out to be 1 hr when I asked they told they page me with the remote pager that I had on my hand the whole time!! they never bother to ask if I need help while in front of the guess desk when finally got a table the waitress was really in a hurry to make sure we ordered fast and get out we felt in rush at the end the food was not that great as it was expensive since most guess are from out of town they dont care if they come back. never coming back!!!
We were sat upstairs so the view of the ward and alcatraz was great, but that was only great thing about our visit. The food was subpar. 'My husband ordered the famous clam chowder in a bread bowl. He didn't even finish it Because it was so bad. The sourdough pizza I had was awful. My son ordered mac n cheese but they put another tables order in front of him so when his actual order came he didn't t want it. Never again will we come in when we make the 13 hrs drive back up again.
