TMJ specialist.
As an adult requiring orthodontia treatment, you can not find a better professional. Not only is Dr. Boucher a world class Orthodontist, his staff is top notch. Highly recommended. A+++
While his treatment and recommendation were good, the pricing was three times what 2 other orthodontists were charging for the same treatment. Always get a second opinion, even a third before committing. Other than that, the diagnosis was on point and explained properly. But expensive.
I am an adult Invisalign patient of Dr. Boucher's and I have no complaints at all. Waiting time is usually less than 5 minutes and Dr. Boucher is unfailingly professional, patient, and informative. He answers all my questions, never makes me feel rushed and exhibits a concern and interest in his patients as well as his staff. He has a well run office and I am very satisfied with the Invisalign results.

Dr Boucher and his staff are terrific. Using Invisalign braces they corrected my misaligned teeth over two years of treatment, and charged me a very fair price. I recommend Dr Boucher without reservation.
Does not know how to treat TMJ. Very old school. First put me in a hard mouth guard for my clenching at night & chronic tension headaches. Then braces with painful anchors in my gums. This did not fix my open bite. He then recommended jaw surgery! I was done after that. I found an orthodontist who told me i didn't need surgery i just needed invisalign to close my bite which Dr. Boucher didn't know how to do. I also had to wait close to 1 hr for appointment because he over scheduled all the time.

Treatment of TMJ is complex. Conservative use of mouth guards (also referred to as splints) has been helpful for the large majority of patients with facial pain. Some open bites can be corrected with Invisalign. I believe the severity of your open bite justified a surgical procedure. In the long run, comprehensive care with an optimal bite correction, in my opinion, will give you a better prognosis in managing your chronic pain .
Always a long wait and front desk staff (not all, but some) can be rude.

Being punctual & respectful is a challenge we take seriously. Our morning and early afternoon appointments are mostly punctual. Our struggle is between 3:30-5:30 pm, the busiest time of day. We work hard to rectify this issue. I am disappointed to hear of rudeness from myself or my staff. I believe we have a responsibility to provide treatment outcomes in a caring, nurturing environment in all aspects of our practice. Your comment will be shared with my staff. I appreciate the comments contained in the review of February 05, 2017. Is it possible to identify the name of the orthodontist who did the reevaluation? I am having the same problems, and would like to have a reevaluation by the same orthodontist. Thank you.
