This dealer went above and beyond my expectations.
Looked at 2 cars that had been on the lot for several months, neither had been cleaned our or detailed. The sales approach was to trust the salesman cause he would fix anything that was a problem, our feeling is that the car should be ready for sale.
My salesman was Jonnie Hart. He was very professional and humble at the same time ! This dealership really meets the customers needs, as they have fully loaded snacks (free) while you wait!! Overall my experience was ☆☆☆☆☆ and I love my Cadillac Srx !!!

My salesman Johnny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
Asked for Car Fax several times....no response. No mats in car, fog light out...little things that should have been done before sale. Did not notice these things until I got home. Did ask for Car Fax...was supposed to have it for me, but I forgot to ask at signing. Have called/text several times and no follow through.
