I have never been so rudely spoken to by someone in customer service industry as I have been by this company. I have owned my Buick Cascada for less then 2 years and it has easily spent on a whole 3 months in having repairs...if we had not bought the car from this dealership I would not take it here EVER! Things still are not right.

Staff is friendly. Buying process takes awhile if you do not want to purchase vehicle protection or extended warranties. Do not expect dealership courtesies like a full take of gas or 2 sets of keys/fobs. My 4th vehicle from Boucher group, but it seems like each time the buying experience gets worse. I’m happy with what I purchased, but that’s about it.
I leased a 2018 GMC Terrain with the Diesel Engine. What a BIG mistake. Almost from Day 1 I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. The diesel emissions sensors have failed repeatedly which have caused the vehicle engine to stall. I have owned this Brand new vehicle for less than a year and it has been into the shop at least 5 times for the exact same problems and I have now been without vehicle for in excess of 30 Days.
