RecommendedWe've had our Yukon serviced here a few times. They are very professional and accommodating. The service manager, Jim, is stellar - patient, understanding, flexible, and clear. The cost is too high for us on most repairs, but we usually go to them first before we go anywhere else.
RecommendedI would recommend everything about Boucher GMC Waukesha. Their sales staff have always been considerably helpful and friend. Their service department is top notch. Reggie Tobias is very great to work with. He keeps you informed. I would not hesitate to go to Boucher again and again.
Recommendedgreat experience. helpful, easy to deal with.
RecommendedThey tried to "sell" me work. Came up with a laundry list of leaks and then when warranty adjuster came out it all of a sudden was not an issue.
By listening to service requests. It took 4 months to get a duplicate key for my car. A letter to Detroit was the reason it was resolved.
RecommendedQuick and thorough. Clean facilities and waiting area too.
RecommendedWas a pleasure working with Nick, he had the truck ready for me when I got there and it was a hassle free sale!
RecommendedWe have purchased our last four cars from Boucher Buick Gmc. Nick Majeske has been our salesman. He has been so helpful. . Two of our daughters and two of our grandchildren have also purchased vehicles from him, In our family we call him "Nick our car guy."
