Beware of the corrupted HOA in this community. I sold my condo and then returned the pool keys for which I had a deposit of 100.00 on them. The HOA told me that they are no longer giving back deposits. The corrupt board of directors changed the rules and pocketed everyone's deposit money. So I returned the keys to them and was out 100.00 dollars. Maybe the board of directors need to learn the definition of DEPOSIT. Warning- DO NOT BUY A CONDO IN BOUCHELLE ISLAND. P.S - I sold my condo to get OUT of Bouchelle Island.
