The instructors are nice and Carlos is an excellent teacher. But, ou will wait around A LOT. Nobody shows up on time, it takes forever to get geared up, and then you wait some more. There are students at all different levels with one instructor. Some students are very hesitant and it takes along time for them complete the skills. That's fine, but those of us who aren't hesitant have to wait until the most hesitant student finishes. I was in the water six hours yesterday.
