For me, going to Bottoms is like going home ... I lived in their area until 2013 ... since my move, if something needs attention, I always try to make it to Rocky Mount ... the attention to my vehicles is over the top and appreciated ... I love the smiles and hugs each time that I have to go ... always satisfied ... happy to see everyone ... they are a great group of people who do the job right and fair!!!!!
Amazing service and in a timely fashion even offered to drop us off to get food if we wanted , everyone was really nice and helpful. If I lived here this place would have my service for life.
They were excellent and great with my car it was running hot and they figured out what was wrong and fixed it... Thank y'all so much!! Y'all definitely have my business from now on!!
