Should be zero stars. I've ordered from this company for over a year w no problem and when they delivered oil to the wrong address due to confusion on my property ( 3 different buildings 1 lot) no phone call about the address confusion, no email. After calling 6 times about the mistake with zero calls back until today when I ordered again and left messages on the order site. Quick and easy ordering, fast delivery
Have ordered with Bottomline for years. No issue with delivery. Only have to speak with customer service a few times over the years and I find them polite .
Happy with the service we've received so far and I appreciate the pricing. We were completely empty this time and needed our system restarted, after I placed the order they called first thing the next day and said they could have someone here a day ahead of schedule. Really appreciated that. Thank you!
