Our newly purchased home was very cold and had a smell due to the moisture under the house. After contacting Bottomline, our home is very nicely insulated underneath, very clean and the dehumidifier seems to be working nicely. The smell is completely gone and has not returned. We are very satisfied with the whole job; they were always very punctual and the job was finished in a timely manner.
This company was very professional. They really took the time to explain the problems and solutions. Definitely affordable and honest.

Thank you for the terrific customer service. We had a pipe break under the house that spilled GALLONS of water. We had about 3-4 inches standing water. My husband pumped out as much water as possible, but because we had installation falling down and it soaked some of the water up like a sponge. We figured it would just be better to replace it all.
