Very solid food, menu is relatively small and I was surprised to have so few main courses. Felt we were pushed towards the larger ones ment for sharing. We had the baby back ribs, which were dry rubbed, not smothered in BBQ sauce. First time I had them that way and it certainly grew on us. The barely risotto and asparagus were very good as well
From the street, you might not know what to expect from Bottle Cap. Personally, I think they should consider a new facade. That said, I like it here. They have a great burger, and a good standard assortment of brunch plates. The location right next to Washington Square is extremely convenient, and they have a full bar, so your Bloody Mary needs will definitely be satisfied.
