Chris *****flew off the handle and became verbally abusive when I told him that no one had returned my call from a few days before. That was his trigger. The studio had already produced an estimate for me, and I had come in when they told me to come in to discuss the actual work. He yelled at me, told me to get out of his studio, and threatened to throw my antique lamp on the curb. I tried to reason with him, but he had just completely lost it. All because I told him no one had returned my phone call.
