The staff all go out of their way to: stay on time, explain all procedures, provide best dental practices advice, make patients comfortable, get to know patients as individuals with names (you are not just a nameless number)
Smiles at the Exchange is a great dental practice. They are on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am not comfortable in the dental chair, but they make the experience as good as it can be.
Michelle, the hygienist, was outstanding - very gentle, wonderful disposition and very considerate. The whole office is a great experience.
I recently visited smiles at the exchange for a cleaning and a follow up appointment for a filling. The staff was very professional and caring. Explained exactly what they were doing and why making my fear subside. All staff thru out office from receptionist to checkout very friendly and courteous. I would highly reccomend this .office
They make going to the dentist a memorable experience in good ways. Dr Botti is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff at Smiles is amazing! Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Whether you are calling with a question, being checked in, or setting follow up appointments & reviewing future service estimates, the staff is wonderful.
