Miss Holly /Heather to be exact...you know you was wrong you installed my hair a year ago and you mess my hair up and you never told me and you continue to retie my hair when you knew that you destroying my hair..... I paid you almost $3,000 or a little over this year....for my hair to turn out horribly you continue to retie my hair.. with my grid destroyed, holes in my locs, crossed hairs, slipperidge and everything and you you did a horrible job....you know it and you are so wrong for this..
