Dr. Botros is absolutely great. She is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She LISTENS to me. She also has good suggestions on how to better your health but doesn't push. That's what helped me make changes. I also like Judy, the receptionist. She has a very busy job, but has always taken time for me and is kind.

Several years ago Dr.Botros saved my life. I no longer live in her area, but from time to time, have found it necessary to journey back to have her attend to my medical issues. She listens to my concerns and pinpoints the problems. I couldn't ask for more.

Dr. Botros is a great internal medicine doctor and does provide detailed information about overall health, however, if you anticipate to come more than once a year, do not even bother signing this doctor up as PCP. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. She gatekeeps the doctor and does not provide assistance or follows up with lab orders. My husband had a change in his health and we wanted to consult with our PCP, however, the receptionist completely blew me off and hung up on me. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

I called to try to make an appointment for routine physical and lab work and they said they have to get a consult and see me for vitals and PMH before they can order labs which would be another visit...totally a scam to get two visits instead of one which is literally what a routine physical consists of. I am 25 years old, no medical history. Why would I waste my time with two visits just so they can get an extra copay. Never had a doc ask for that with a routine annual physical
