I've been to his office 2 x in the past 7 years and he is a great doctor who explains your procedure in detail. I will recommend him to anyone who needs to be seen by GI.
Dr. Botros is not very personable and makes you feel like just another task on his check list. Don't waist your time there are other gastro's in NJ with a better attitude.
Dr. Botros is extremely unprofessional. I reached out to his office staff daily for two weeks and never received any form of correspondence. I was told that I couldn't talk to him on the phone and that I couldn't schedule an in person visit to discuss my diagnosis. Despite the fact that he is the physician that gave me an endoscopy. His unapproachable demeanor should've been the first sign to stay clear of his establishment! I was so freaked out that my doctor sent me to a specialist but after seeing Dr. Botros I instantly felt so much better. He sensed I was nervous and took the time to talk to me. I could not have asked for a better doctor!
Dr Botros is very nice and informative! His staff is also friendly. I had procedures done by him 2 yrs in a row and everything went smooth! They were done right at his office with his professional staff.I highly recommend Dr.Botros.

Dr. Botros and his staff were amazing today. I had a colonoscopy this morning and everything went wonderful. I can't thank Dr. Botros and everyone enough for everything. I thank God for having a doctor like him!
