Great service I have been letting Bothell Toyota Specialist work on my Toyota Fleet since they opened. From swapping a new engine into my Celica, clutch work on my MR2, and timing belt replacements on both my SC300 and 4runner I always trust them to take care of the job. Friendly and great customer service. We've been using them for over 9 years. They even work on my Chrysler van.
I took their service in replacing HID bulbs of my Toyota PRIUS this past Saturday (08/01) and they charged over $400 in replacing both the bulbs including labor and tax... I had a discussion with them about it but seems like pretty smart in defending their prices and services. I researched and come to know that best quality HID bulbs (a pair) are available in $173 and replacing (labor) should not take more than 20 min whereas they spent 1.2 labor hours to replace these bulbs.
