I called to schedule a psych appointment today and had a very negative experience with the scheduler. I explained that my work schedule is difficult and needed time to check my work schedule. When I asked to schedule via email, she told me she didn’t want to spend the time doing that. This was incredibly dismissive, especially coming from a mental health provider. I left the call feeling disregarded and unsupported, which is the last thing anyone should feel when reaching out for care.

Dr. Devney is amazing! He is caring and compassionate. He truly wants his patient to get better. He has a vast amount of experience and is not afraid to try strategies that are “outside of the box.” He offers zoom sessions, which has been nice for us. He is able to get in the appropriate referrals at outside hospitals if needed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Devney at this practice. He has helped our family tremendously.

Medically irresponsible. My daughter has been without her meds for 5 days because they did not send in the refill request- not first time this has happened. Voicemails and emails have gone unanswered by provider, although they were very quick to contact me earlier in they year when my credit card wasn’t working. Seek care elsewhere

I see there's a few bad reviews here, and that's pretty common for healthcare providers, so I wanted to mention my positive experiences here. Both providers I saw, Patricia Greim and later Nobu Buckley, were always professional and cared about what I was going through. I had no issues with scheduling or communication either. I recommend them.
