We applied for a rental thru them and it is a disgrace . No carpet cornice falling from the dinning rm ceiling laundry sink base rusted out as well as other things . And I can't get thru to them at all.
We had the absolute worst buying experience with them a few years ago, so unprofessional and literally useless. I left them a bad review and Damien commented saying everything I wrote was false and that I was damaging his reputation. Seeing now what has happened with everyone , I am sorry I was forced into taking that post down.
Been using Botany Park for our investment property for the past 15 years and could not be happier with their service.
I hesitated about posting a review, however after seeing trades not be paid and people getting taken advantage of; it’s time. We rented the one property for over 10 years. I will always love the home and all of the beautiful memories it gave us, however BPRE let myself and the owners down severely. We had a boundary fence collapse and I had to beg for it to be fixed for the safety of my family; which it did after 5 years, awful emails from staff about it, lies from the agents. DO NOT TRUST BOTANY PARK REAL ESTATE....They are operating unlicensed, they do not pay their trades people, they bully their office staff, they rip off Landlords and your money goes missing. Don't just take it from me, read recent reviews on ALL social media and review forums. They will claim it's all a big mistake, they will say the poor reviews are liars, they will cry defamation but you can't dispute truth in black and white, the evidence speaks for itself.
