Had such a good experience at Botanica Beauty Studio. The space is honestly so pretty and just has a really nice vibe as soon as you walk in and there was plenty of parking, which made it even better. I bought several big packages from this company. They kept canceling me, sometimes on the same day. I informed them I was relocating to another state and asked if I can be reimbursed since due to the company constantly cancelling, I couldn’t get my treatments done in time. They told me to email the company email with my Zelle information and I would be reimbursed within a week. I emailed right away and nothing. No response after several follow ups since March.
