very poor service, rude attitude, inexperience of employees
Non-professional communication and lack of responsibility. There is no trust. I do not recommend.
My experience with this salon was extremely negative. I encountered a complete lack of proper communication, my concerns were ignored, and the staff behaved in an unprofessional manner. When an issue arose, instead of taking responsibility or attempting to resolve it, I was met with denial, pressure, and dismissive behavior. As a result, I completely lost any sense of safety, trust, and respect as a client. I strongly do not recommend this salon and advise others to think very carefully before trusting them with anything.
SCAMMMMMM ALERT DONT USE!!!!!!!!! Well, this is a complete bummer because Danielle in the first injector we had were the absolute sweetest and great at their job but the front counter lady is by far the worst human I’ve ever came in contact with they are scammers. I got scammed for $399 in which I am now having to dispute which is frustrating not to mention literally two seconds into trying to pay. I debated on reviewing because I liked the experience the first time. I had the Kybella and the PDRN injections done. Everyone was nice and aesthetically pleasing to look at. It was quick and painless. However, my second time I planned on getting the Kybella and if they had time, I wanted to add in the PDRN injections again. my appointment was at 10am and I got there at 9:54am and they told me to wait in the waiting room.
