Very rude lady names Jessica krigbaum that works here is very unprofessional and makes you feel stupid for addressing your concerns to her. She needs more training, hopefully boswell investigates and takes care of this matter! :)
Jack Kinnison : This office is amazing and I would recommend their specialist services over anywhere else in Fresno. I’ve been going there since a very young age, with multiple different issues and they have provided excellent service each and every time. All of the staff are kind and helpful, and you’re able to get in when you need to.
Absolutely do not go here, the physicians are incompetent. I was told I would be taking Accutane for 1 year. Then at 1 year oh you need another 6 months. Now at 18 months I need another 6 months of treatment. I switched physicians and the second one just pulled this same thing. I ask for end dates, record the conversation and write it down, then they try to gaslight me later and say they never said X month and that I need more treatment, when I havent had a breakout in over a year.
