Alright so I actually liked this place and my provider, but today I called in to request a refill of a prescription shampoo and they refused to issue the refill because I haven't been seen in over a year. Instead, they advised me to make an appointment or to call my GP and see if they would prescribe the medicated shampoo. Sure, the policy makes sense, but not at this moment. I started going to Boswell Dermatology because they’re conveniently in the backyard of my shop. I want to shout out to their staff and Brittany FNP. I feel like she went above and beyond, spent extra time with me to explain treatments and genuinely cared for my concerns of out of pocket expenses. Procedure this morning with Dr. Lund. Boswell Dermatology was hIghly recommended by family and friends. This group did not disappoint. Dr. Lund and staff were so kind, gentle. Calmed my nerves and made the this very easy on me.

Had my first visit yesterday and was happy with my experience from beginning to end! The gal at check in was fast and efficient at both check-in and check-out. My wait time was minimal, Austin Lee - PA was very thorough and explained my condition to me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Boswell Dermatology!
