Dj was super nice to me I rented out one of her duplex and it was nice comfortable and clean I had a leak in my roof but she sent maintenance right away I never had any problems with Dj. Will be renting from her again very soon
I don’t understand how they renewed my lease in December and randomly gave me a non renewal notice in February and only gave me till the end of March to move out. How can you not renew a lease that’s already been renewed ?
Never had an issue. Rented from Dj for approximately 4 years and now we own our home. Pay your bills on time and you will have no issues. I see a lot of people saying they won't fix things. Never ever had an issue with Bosun.

Please save yourself from a headache and do not do business with these people they are thieves. They even tried to tell us we needed to leave even during covid 19 and charged us late fees every single day when we were late and in a state of emergency and put an eviction on our record. The house was a dump and basically a 1 bedroom they rented it to us as a 2 bedroom with two kids and a bed couldn't even fit in the room.
