We are regular customers or I should say was! the last three visits we wanted a cold beer and every time it has been served hot to us with the excuse the coolers are down and managers don't care, we are given a cold glass which does not help at all, then we are told they cannot get any from the cooler as you are out. It just seems it is a bother to the bartenders, managers when they are told!! and sorry to say we will not be coming back. Customer Service is bad.
