DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! Waited months to see Dr. Lamatina. Then I waited another 15 minutes in the waiting room. She was running super late or she overbooks herself. Tons of kids in the waiting room some for an hour. The staff are new they don't know what's going on. One of the assistants interrupted my appointment because she needed help. Horrible! Saw Dr. Eric Staffier for the first time. Messed up on my prescriptions! BOTH on my glasses and contacts now. Mind you I ordered my glasses through insurance, now because of HIS mistake it effected my one “repair”. So now god forbid something happens to these glasses, I’m screwed. Now my contact prescription is messed up. When I call, I keep getting the run around! NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE!!
Went in for an eye exam with doctor Xuejing Chen, to express concerns regarding my side effects after laser surgery in which was done by her. However she was very arrogant and unsympathetic, she didn’t bother to hear anything I had to say. Worst experience I had. This is my second time coming to her and will be my last
