Horrible! Saw Dr. Eric Staffier for the first time. Messed up on my prescriptions! BOTH on my glasses and contacts now. Mind you I ordered my glasses through insurance, now because of HIS mistake it effected my one “repair”. So now god forbid something happens to these glasses, I’m screwed. Now my contact prescription is messed up. When I call, I keep getting the run around! NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE!!
Went in for an eye exam with doctor Xuejing Chen, to express concerns regarding my side effects after laser surgery in which was done by her. However she was very arrogant and unsympathetic, she didn’t bother to hear anything I had to say. Worst experience I had. This is my second time coming to her and will be my last

After waiting months just to have an appointment, I had to cancel. I was not given an option to have a general eye exam to check my prescription and basic vision without having my eyes dilated, even after informing staff that I have no one to assist me with a ride.
