Don't Use Them – Very friendly until I signed the lease. Awful management, which is done with Sabet Management through Boston Union Realty. The apartment was in horrible condition upon moving in and the terms for renovation were ridiculous. 3 break-ins in our building in one month. Constant partying and yelling and no intervention by management even after complaints. For these conditions the apartment is insanely overpriced. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Never Again My roomate and I had some pretty bad times with Boston Union Realty. Our realtor was really nice to us until we signed the lease, and it was almost like a Dr. Jeckyl/Mr. Hyde change. They would come into our apartment showing to new tenants with only moments notice, and if we weren't notified they didn't care, they came in anyway. Poor business practice I have nothing good to say about the people I dealt with at Boston Union Realty. They were untrustworthy, they would barge into our apartment after having given no notice, and they were generally rude the few times I ever got up the courage to deal with them in person at the office. They charged myself and my roommates for things that we had nothing to do with, and they were rarely available when we had questions or needed assistance. I was not happy with this company at all.
