My local BSC closed, so this was my nearest gym. After a couple visits, and paying for two years without visiting, I decided to cancel because of the distance. When I said I needed to cancel, no one would sit down with me at the membership office. I left for two hours, came back, and same situation.
Can they will fix the fan thats been broken a year

So they are FINALLY working on the floor, recieved an email from management to apologize for the inconvenience. I emailed back about 10 days ago still yet to recieve a reaponse and now to top it all off I go to the gym tonight and they are closed for demo......no email or anything to notify me as a paying member. I strongly suggest anyone looking at this gym to go elsewhere this gym does not care about it's members only numbers because I am sure they will have everything up and running for those New Years people.
