Though they have good facilities and classes. They are very arrogant and ignorant when it comes to canceling or refunding membership. I would not recommend it if you are on the move or on business travels all the time. Would not encourage anyone! I signed up with 1 dollar offer in February! I think it is ridiculous that we are being charged still. I put my membership on hold months ago yet now they are charging me again. No other gym is charging clients right now.
They aren’t even responding to inquiries if they are pausing memberships during the closing for covid 19
Dishonest gym! They increased the monthly auto charge silently, and charge another annual fee even after I went in canceled the membership. The gym is small, poorly maintained. 8 out of 12 cardio machines were out of order. Equipments were low quality and beat up. Too little space to even walk a few steps of lounges. I wish I joined another gym but this one in the neighborhood.

I was a member for almost 10 yrs. I went down to the club and met with the general manager Sheri McKinney to cancel my membership in early May. She advised I’d have to pay for another 30 days. When I saw BSC charged my credit card in July I called to ask why and Sheri claimed she had no recollection of our cancellation discussion and she never cancelled me in their system.
