Fantastic service. I brought two oriental rugs in to be cleaned and the result was better then expected.

I first went to Boston Rug Company to get 2 rugs cleaned, and immediately fell in love with 2 more, which I bought, and very much appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the people there (and the sweetness of the dog!). In the course of picking up and dropping off things over the following month, those feelings deepened. Plus, there was an unexpected treat of finding out we have a friend in common, one whom I haven't seen in 30+ years. "What a small world." I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I had the most wonderful experience with Boston Rug. I called them to have two oriental rugs cleaned reading their ad. From the moment I spoke with the owner, I knew I was in good hands. The most kind and professional service was given to me They were so accommodating, picking up my two rugs in a timely manner and returning them. Quality of the work and the service could not have been any better. Picked up the rugs from our house on a Sunday, called with estimate and explanation, as promised, within a couple of days and then delivered back to our house. Lugging rugs up to the third floor. We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Boston Rug to anyone seeking rug cleaning/rug repair services.
