I’ve lived at a BREC property for two years and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Paula. She’s always been responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Any time an issue came up, she handled it quickly and smoothly. I’m only moving out because I’m leaving the city, but if I could stay here longer I would.
Paula was very helpful with move-in as well as swapping a member of our lease, and is always quick to reply to questions.
We’ve been residents of a BREC property for over two years now. Like with any long-term rental experience, there have been occasional challenges along the way, but one thing that has consistently stood out is the responsive and supportive service we’ve received from Paula. She is always quick to respond, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Her attentiveness has made a big difference and is truly appreciated.
BREC has been reasonable throughout the lease term. They can be inconsistent with their responsiveness to maintenance requests, but do eventually come to fix things with adequate follow up. Paula has been helpful with any issues and questions that we’ve had.
