BREC LLC has been a great property management company to work with. They respond timely and communicate effectively.
STAY AWAY. The only redeeming factor was that maintenance was great (5/5 for them). On one occasion, they attempted to charge us upwards of $600 for a few months of water (for a 2 person apartment). After talking to Boston water services, and attempting to reach them (they never pickup the phone), I emailed back saying this was ridiculous and that we could not have possibly used this much water in a short span and asked to see the meter. Wonderful company! All of their properties are so nice! Paula was so responsive and had such a great demeanor. It felt like she truly cared about my well-being and that I had a great stay. I absolutely would use this company again.
