Not the worst property management company to deal with but illegally withheld cleaning fees when we moved out. Watch out!
I’ve had a great experience with BREC, especially coordinating with Paula. She was professional, friendly, and very responsive when there were any maintenance issues. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, which made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciated her help and highly recommend BREC!

I’ve lived at a BREC property for two years and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Paula. She’s always been responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Any time an issue came up, she handled it quickly and smoothly. I’m only moving out because I’m leaving the city, but if I could stay here longer I would.
Paula was very helpful with move-in as well as swapping a member of our lease, and is always quick to reply to questions.
