They don't care about college students' living experiences, because they know that there will never be a shortage of students looking to rent XDD
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All of them are incredibly rude, inefficient, and try and get more money from you at every turn. If you are looking for housing, use another company. It will save you lots of head aches.
